Biography of Luxury Vehicle Locators owner and manager Leo Portela
  Leo Portela has been a car enthusiast all his life. From match box cars to auto-crossing in high school to becoming a driving instructor with BMW, Porsche & Ferrari at Watkins Glen, Leo has always been involved with cars. Ten years ago he decided to enter the car business. He immediately was promoted to Manager of a BMW store were he increased sales over 500 percent in 7 years. Leo is a highly skilled and awarded Sales Manager. He personally maintained a 99 percent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and his store was awarded Center of Excellence by BMW two years in a row. He achieved Profiles in Achievement with both BMW NA & FS six years in a row. He was awarded the BMW Grand Travel Prize two years in a row. Leo is ready to assist you in achieving your luxury vehicle goals.
